It makes it easier for me and cheaper for you if you can give me all the required text that you wish to place on the website in some kind of simple computer text file format such as notepad or word etc. It is much faster to build a website this way because I can copy and paste 500 words in one second rather than having to type time consuming paragraphs of text into a webpage.

Digital images are also easier and faster to process than scanning print images, though of course we can work with print images if that's all we have.

If you have a company logo then an image of this will be needed for the website too.

If you have existing company colors then probably we want to use these in the theme of the website?
