Search Engine Optimization or SEO for short ... is a very cost effective means of advertising your business online because we can gain you a high ranking within the search engine results after we do a one time configuartion of your website. It is much cheaper than Pay Per Click, or advertising in newspapers, magazines, TV etc because those mediums require constant marketing fees.

Many web design companies are very good in the design aspect but sadly lacking when it comes to ensuring their websites gain high listings with the major search engines. Of course if people can not find your website within the top search results ... you will not be doing much business online ... no matter how good your website looks!

This is where SEO comes into play. If done correctly it is possible to gain those high listings, it just takes a little time, effort and know how. How high your website can get in the search engine rankings depends on the competitiveness of your business market and in which area you are doing business. My websites have always gained first page status on Google and Yahoo! ( the big two ) and my customers have always done very good business through their websites because of this.

Over the last three years the search engine market share has not changed much, Google has continued to hold a clear market share of around (65%), with Yahoo! around (15%), MSN now (Bing) at (10%), AOL (5%), and Ask.com (5%).

Once your website has been submitted by me to the search engines the time frame for being listed with Google is usually between 2-4 weeks and with Yahoo around 2 months ( unless you pay their priority fee of $$$$ , then it is around 2 weeks.) So it is a little slow to achieve results compared to Pay Per Click ... but much cheaper in the long run.
